INGREDIENTS:
½ cup pumpkin seed (pepitas)
1 cup ground flaxseed
⅓ cup sesame seed
¼ cup chia seed
1 tsp salt
1¼ cup water
Additional Flavorings:
Add up to 2 tablespoons of your favorite herbs and spices. I added ½ tsp granulated garlic, 1 tsp thyme and 1 tsp basil.
