This is a recipe simple enough to make with kids and can be made without even turning on the oven. It's easily customizable as well!

1 1/4 cups natural crunchy peanut butter
1 cup ground flaxseed
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup sliced almonds
