3/4 cup white whole wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut sugar or honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
zest of 1 large lemon
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
