For our customers who live a distance away and are unable to come by the store, we do offer shipping. Call the store to place an order at 708-448-9114.
We charge actual shipping costs and have reduced shipping rates with the post office.
monthly autoship orders
Pass Health Foods also offers a monthly shipping program for our customers where you can place an order to have supplements automatically shipped to your home on a schedule of your choosing - every one, two, or three months.

Monthly Ordering Information
Once an order with Monthly Order Shipping is set up, we will call one week prior to shipping to confirm the order. If we leave a message and do not receive a call back, we will ship the order we have on file.
We will charge you the actual shipping costs from the post office to ship your package.
When we receive this order form, we will contact you for your credit card information over the phone for security.
