This is a wonderful recipe for a healthy breakfast or snack. Almond flour is gluten free and suitable for Paleo diets, and as an added benefit, is it's absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
2½ cups Blanched Almond Flour
1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 pastured eggs
½ cup raw honey
¼ cup plain yogurt
2-3 very ripe bananas mashed
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup chopped walnuts
