An old-fashioned soap recipe with the traditional Coal Tar ingredient. Coal tar has been a long-time remedy for skin conditions such as: seborrhea, psoriasis, eczema, scabies, and ringworm. This anti-itching soap bar will also help with scaling and flaking skin.
